When clicking on a specific Pool from the Pools page, you can access TVL info about the selected pool, and pre-stake/unstake your assets. You may only pre-stake or unstake after you've connected your wallet via the "Connect" button in the upper-right corner of the web app.
Considering this is an app for Pre-Staking and no funds are being transferred, we only permit you to pre-stake a particular asset into one pool at a time.
Once your wallet is connected, if you hold a balance of either token in that pool, you will be able to Pre-Stake your balance. Upon clicking the "Pre-stake" button, you will be prompted to sign a message.
The Pre-stake signature is a basic EIP-191 signed message, meaning it has no functionality beyond proving ownership of a wallet. This signature WILL NOT transfer any funds, also stated within the actual message you're signing.
When the signature is successful, the button text will change to "Unstake" and your "pre-staked" balance below the button will update.
Nomial's Open Liquidity Network is not yet live in production. When signing to "Stake", you are only signaling your intention to stake when Nomial is live. Since the signature is not moving any funds, only proving intention with your current balance, we call it "Pre-Staking."
Similar to the Pre-Stake signature process, you can unstake your balance by clicking the "Unstake" button and signing a message. Upon successful signature and submission, your balance will update on the UI.
Considering this is an app for Pre-Staking and no funds are being transferred, we only permit you to stake a particular asset into one pool at a time.
For example, if you've already Pre-Staked your Base ETH into the Base ETH <> Optimism ETH pool, but want to Pre-Stake into the Base ETH <> Ethereum Mainnet ETH pool instead, you'd first need to Unstake your Base ETH from the former pool, and then you'd be allowed to Pre-Stake into the latter pool.
